Virtual Adaptive Yoga Presented by: Open Up PGH Tuesday, June 9, 2020 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  This is a free workshop, but pre-registration is required for Zoom access Participants of all abilities are welcome – free of charge! Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities tailored to meet individual ability levels. Session will be centered around bringing levity and joy to exercises that focus on wellness with movement and breath.
